Item must have original packaging. Most items need to be returned within 14 days, including all computers, and other electronics. A receipt is preferred.
There is a 10% restocking fee for most all opened electronics.
If you return an item you purchased in cash for $150 or more, the refund will be in the form of a check mailed to you within 10 business days or a store credit, customers’ choice.
Some Items, such as software downloads, personalized items and installation services, can’t be refunded.
